Hello Aaliyah, I regret to see this review from a guest who did not actually stay at the Inn. You were provided with access to the room you had booked, which was clearly described, but you chose not to stay. Despite this, we made the decision to issue a refund, even though we were under no obligation to do so.

Staff was very friendly and very attentive to the few inquiries we had during our stay, even after hours. The king bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. The shared kitchen area was nice. All appliances are fairly new and the space was very well kept. The staff checked with us on our second day to see if we wanted service or linens changed. A lot of things conveniently located nearby within walking distance or short uber/scooter ride. Overall it was a great stay for me and my wife.

The inn is located in a perfect spot; a quiet, residential neighborhood only a few minutes away from several restaurants, nightlife locales, and tourism hot spots. We liked the property. Beds are uncomfortable and old mattress and box springs. Shower had a leak that caused the room to get continuously flooded with water. Called maintenance several times and they suggested to change rooms on the last night. We decided not to because we liked the room and the issue should have been solved the first day instead. The floor had to be swept and moped because it was full of sand. But they did come by to get that done immediately. The parking is challenging because it is on the street and sometimes is full. The staff was very nice. No elevator for the second floor and is hard to carry luggage up with steep stairs.
