We had one of the rooms for 4 people. Pull out couch in one room for the kids and separate bedroom with bed for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Only complaint that there was not easily accessible places to plug in chargers and it took a bit of time for water to get hot. Otherwise hotel was lovely and and wish we stayed longer!

Found long black hairs on bedding and on floor in bathroom. Housekeeping staff loudly talking on the phone near our room at 8:30 am while we were hoping to sleep in and they had no coffee that we were told about when we checked in.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. It is centrally located making it an easy walk to shopping, landmarks and restaurants. We cannot wait for our next trip back!

The staff was delightful and helpful. The rooms were magical, clean, and comfortable. Even though we were close to everything, it was peaceful

The location of the Decanter was perfect and made walking around the old town incredibly easy. The team at the property was absolutely amazing! Loved each one. We had the wrap-around terrace with queen room and enjoyed it very much. It was very comfortable and clean. The Decanter is historic and charming and we would absolutely stay there again. One caution for those not familiar with San Juan’s historic area: it is a lively area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. If you’re seeking a quiet place or wish to sleep really late, this may not be the location. It can be noisy late at night, and from our room we heard a lot of noise from outside in the morning. We didn’t mind and were usually up early for activities, but just a note for those who might be looking for something more quiet. Overall our experience was wonderful.
