I was very disappointed with the hotel. Compared to the other 4-5 star hotels I’ve been to this hotel was a let down. Very bad service and dinning. The food was bad and over priced. Not to mention the hotel was under construction when we were there. I was expecting more from this hotel and was greatly underwhelmed.

Beautiful hotel. Our first room was awful, small, and old. The front desk staff got me a new beautiful room immediately. Good Staff. Great breakfast buffet. Other food just ok. Fernando at the towel desk could not have been nicer. He was lovely to everyone and was someone you will enjoy talking to. He should be the face of the hotel. I am sure everyone will remember him as a high point of their vacation. We enjoyed our stay.
