Good location, easy parking. Good service but if you are picky about cleanliness I would think twice.
Room/sheets were not clean at all. Especially floors.

Loud noise coming from air conditioner or something else, other than that it was perfect.

What I liked was it was a Family operation. I often prefer this over a Marriott. I was close to the main street without being on it and the accompanying noise. I liked the Breakfasts with the Fruit Bowl. That was surprisingly good.
There was a storm and Wi-Fi was down for a couple days.
At the Front Desk was a bowl with Puerto Rican snacks which was smart and the staff was friendly, recommendations of where to eat, etc.
There was sufficient parking in the neighborhood. Larger hotels have parking garages - an extra charge or it is included as a Resort Fee., Three blocks and you are at the Ocean. Great location
