We switched from our AirBNB to this property during the power outage. They were able to provide us with power during our stay and a really cute and quaint place to rest our head while on vacation for the new year. Although there was no hot water because of the outage, they were honest in giving us a timeframe on when hot water would be restored.

I reserved one night for my mom and dad and my mom was not happy with the room. There was a leak in the room and the walls were very thin she could hear people snoring next door. The location is convenient to beach and eateries but I will not consider this as an option for future visits to San Juan.

This boutique hotel was an excellent choice for a family vacation day while in Puerto Rico. The facility was incredibly clean, staff was very kind and helpful during the duration of our stay. The beach is easily accessible and clean. We were able to easily walk to various locations for shopping and food without any complications. I highly recommend the wind chimes boutique Hotel for your next trip to Puerto Rico.

Good hotel for the price. The room was clean and big, the only thing was the bathroom was small. The staff was helpful and pleasant They offer laundry service for very reasonable cost, have free coffee in the AM and let you store luggage and use shower/restrooms before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel was not handicap accessible no cable TV and there WiFi was not stable kept dropping out.very small rooms windows didn't lock it was terrible

Dear Eugenio,Thank you for taking your time to write a review. We are sorry you left such a low score considering everything you stated had a simple solution. We do have handicap accessible rooms. It is called "Accesible King Deluxe" which you did not reserve and upon arrival the available ones were already reserved. Also, we have a 24-hour front desk to attend any matters. There are three similar wi-fi connections but if you try to connect to the secure line which is for our systems you will be dropped off and cable also works in the same way. All these matters could have been resolved by our front desk agent. For future reference always reserve "Accessible"" rooms if needed. We hope to have another opportunity to serve you and give you the experience that you and every one of our guests deserve. Best regards!
