Staff is super kind. We were given the wrong room at check in but staff and management made it rught. We were told not to open our windows or leave balcony door open or room would become damp. Sad :( but our bed was wet even though we didnt open any windows. The sleeping in a moist bed at the price u pay is miserable! We are on a 25 day vacation and this is a horrible experience. Pop machine broke no other options for drinks but staff again to the rescue with bottled water.

Enjoyable stay. The pool area was very inviting and clean. Gym was also serviceable. Room had a balcony which was a plus. Overall enjoyable stay with lots of dining options within three miles away. The only drawback was the fee for parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was outdated, the rest of the suite was perfect, and clean. Love the balcony with the ocean view.

Unfortunately the room although clean, they need an UPDATE. Huge problem are the BEDS. They are uncomfortable. We could feel the wires in our back. Horrible. Having said that, check in was fast and customer service was excellent.
