"Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great. "

"Alfredo and Nelly were super helpful. They arranged rides to and from the airport and to all the activities we wanted. They helped find out cost, reserve trips with guides, coordinate timetables and figure out what we wanted. "We really enjoyed stay at Nuestra Casa, it was close to everything and all the staff is great. Teresa is gem. The pool was clean and refreshing, breakfast was satisfying and the sunset view from the lookout at the top of the building was exceptional. We would stay again."
