The hotel was nice, but the service was substandard. Most were very nice, but a few were not. One worker in the cafe charged us for things we did not order, and then proceeded to short change us.

Great hotel in Pasto. Modern and chic, excellent reception and great location. Yes there is hot water. No there is not air conditioning, but the climate is cool and you can just open a window.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was gorgeous, the staff were helpful and we enjoyed our time there.

Staff scarce but helpful.
Unusual design for a provincial capital: colourful, even glitzy, clean lines.
Everything works by QR code which is not always reliable.
Room lighting chic but no decent reading light over the bed.
Brilliant breakfast. (I especially recommend the chicken soup.)
