Posted 19 Oct 2023 on HotelsDon’t count on sleep. The location is hideously noisy. They can’t do much about outdoor noise except invest in double glazing ( do it!) but not enough was done about the dog who locked in a room which would not shut up.
Also breakfast was disgusting.

Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe staff was exceptional at this hotel, always went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, hotel is kept very clean and room was very comfortable. The only small negative is that we were in a corner room and the WiFi was a little spotty. Highly recommend!

Posted 24 Jan 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is nice, the staff couldnt have been nicer, they offered us snacks and water upon our arrival the room was small but cozy and had everything i need it. I would give this place a 10 for cleanines and kindness of the staff

Very clean, modern hotel
Posted 7 Jan 2022 on HotelsI stayed at Hotel Plaza Carnaval with my partner for two nights during Carnaval 2022. No complaints at all- very clean, lots of accommodations including free waters and Gatorade. There’s a great almost panoramic view of the city from the terrace where they serve an ample breakfast. The staff gave great recommendations about where to eat, where to go for the carnaval festivities, etc. We ended up staying another night and they were very helpful with accommodating that as well.
