The receptionist was extremely friendly, but the condition of the hotel doesn’t deserve the rate published.

Excelent staff, great service , issues in room 413 toilet paper h as f to keep it on the floor, no holder!! Just little things.

Interesting hotel, Roman theme. The room was clean, spacious, and maintained. Had nice window curtains and a head sculpture overlooking the bath tub. Sink area had plenty of counter space. Had a nice view of the church. Elevator worked well. It's walkable to the church but there is a huge hill you have to walk down. We always took a taxi back, 60 pesos. The folks were very friendly and helpful. The bed was firm but bouncy. There was a vending machine that had water.

La verdad muy mal la habitación estaba muy sucia el baño no creo que lo haya limpiado
