Es hotel es muy lindo, muy cercas a la catedral y la placita del pueblo. La gente madruga así que sí había un poco de ruido por las mañanas. Pero sí lo recomiendo.

I stayed at these Hotel on Sept. 12-13 and I had a bad experience, the shower drain was cloged and when I would turn the hot water it would make a loud noise like if the water line would tremble inside the wall. I called the owner around 9:30 pm and she didnt answer, send her a message and didnt answer back. Also these property is divided in 2, the other Hotel name is Hacienda los Narcisos and they are not in good terms with each other, I was charged money buy Hacienda los Narcisos because I parked my car for 3 hrs on their parking side. I will never go back to that place again!!!😡

Hace 3 años que me hospede en este hotel y todo estuvo muy bien y por esa razón regresé, pero en esta ocasión, la última noche del Miércoles 10 de Agosto recibí una llamada a mi celular, supuestamente de la administración del Hotel diciendo que no salieramos del cuarto porque había sucedido algo en las afueras del hotel y que habían hallado un auto con armas y drogas y que los propietarios estaban hospedados en ese hotel....y que nos iban a comunicar con el jefe de seguridad para darnos el protocolo de seguridad y resultó que esa persona se identifico como el jefe de cartel de Jalisco N G y que iban a entrar a sacar a esas personas y que no tuvieramos miedo, que nos encerraramos en nuestro cuarto hasta que las sacaran. ellos nos tuvieron despiertos como 2 horas diciendo que no ibamos a dormir hasta que sacaran a esas personas y que si no entendiamos el protocolo de seguridad que tambien iban a ir por nosotros, que había órdenes de matar a cualquier persona que anduviera en los pasillos...mas sin embargo nos estuvieron interrogando por video llamada el cual nos dijeron que era para que sus compañeros no cometieran el error de entrar anuestro cuarto y nos golperan...finalmente a ellos se les desconectó la videollamada y mi esposa se armó de valor y abrió la puerta y nos dimos cuenta que no había nadie en los pasillos...mi pregunta es quien les proporcionó mi num. de cel. a estas personas, porque a la 1 de la mañana no había nadie en la recepcion? porque no hay seguridad?

Esta bien el lugar por la cercanía a la catedral, al llegar las recepcionistas nos atendieron amables y nos dieron las llaves y controles sin problema. Los cuartos están cómodos y limpios (incluyendo el baño), pasamos la noches tranquilos y sin ruidos en el interior. Al salir la entrega fue sin problema. En general bien servicio
