Property was not open for our check in there there was no one at hotel we waited over an hour before they open room was dusty from construction work that was going on

Dear Jesus,
The property stays open for our guests 24/7; unfortunately, when you arrived, the front door was squinted, which we keep that way due to the construction activities that have since ended; so when an employee notified us that there was a guest in the parkin lot, we went looking for you there; and by the time you got into the property, the dust from the construction was all cleaned out. We also gave you free valet parkin throughout your whole stay. Expecting you soon, please travel safely, sir!
