Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there are no refrigerators in the rooms

NightDesk was quick and prepared to make checkin smooth. Hotel entrance was guarded and felt very well organized and safe.

No lighting what so ever on the property the restaurant inside the hotel was terrible room was okay for the price hotel was not even close to what it looked like online

Perfect little oasis in the city. Staff was amazing as well. Highly recommend.

My go to hotel in San Jose for over 20 years. Staff know me and always provide VIP services and upgrades. The free buffet breakfast is incredible. Returning soon.

Nice place, a little run down, rooms smelled like mildew, air conditioning didn’t work well.
