I read the many negative reviews on this place but I feel like I need to remind people that you get what you pay for. My room was sufficiently clean but the mattress in room 134 is worn out. Not a big deal as I was so tired from a long day at work, I probably could have slept on a park bench. There were no cockroaches and everything in my room was functional. If needed in a pinch, I would stay here again.

The room was OK but the tweekers up all night. Slamming doors;, talking on their phones right outside the door and having loud conversations. It was so hard to get any sleep. Only stayed here because it allowed pets with no addl fees. Other than that not a good experience.

I love that this property is short walking distance (1/2 mile) from Amtrak and if you need to rent a car that Hertz is across the street. Five Guys restaurant is down the road and San Jose International airport is 10 minutes away by car. Property is basic no frills but I was able to access my room right away. I did not have to wait after traveling all night.

I was not able to talk to a manager. After first night of waking up in an oven. A/C failed. Went to full heat and would not shut off. Asked to move to another room they did not have one. Asked for fans they did not have that either. They pulled power to a/c unit. They were able to repair a/c while I was working local convention but it was a miserable day with having no sleep. Also one in our group stayed also. Said they had no A/C and some tried to enter there room. Stranger had a key that worked on their door. This place is barely functioning and is not secure. No compensation for horrible stay.
