For a hotel of this level, the staff was horrendous, at the registration desk, for room service, and in general, customer service.

Had a great week, staff was wonderful, very beautiful hotel. My only complaint would be low lighting in the bathroom, need brighter lights.

Best Hotel in San Jose but on the pricy side. All the restaurants are great and the Mall next door has a lot to do including a great cinema.

Excellent property located directly off the main highway and across the street from a huge mall and movie theatres. Staff very polite and professional. Property gorgeous with pools, spa and full gym. Lots of dining options. Recommended.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Higher end hotel. Food was unfortunately just ok - dinner and breakfast.
