Friendly staff. Need a chair in the room, need a floor mat in the shower too slippery with the slope. The frig did not have a temperature gauge and the items did not get cold. Other than these things is was a great place to stay. It was close to the museum, busses, and stores.

This hotel was great for the one night we spent ahead of our flight. It was located in an area that has a lot of museums and is very walkable, but the area itself is the downtown of a major city so it didn’t feel the safest. That being said, our experience was completely fine; just be vigilant. Our accommodations were small, but clean and had a nice bathroom and clean, comfortable bed.

The place is located in the center of San Jose, very convenient, you can walk to anywhere, a good price, and the staff is very friendly. I would give it 5 stars if they had laundry service. I highly recommend it.

Just hated having no window and the light in the hallway turns off while i try to open my door its kind of creepy but it is a nice small hotel

I made the mistake of booking 6 days in the hotel, for my husband. The room was NEVER clean even though he complained every day! Towels never were changed!
To expensive for the poor quality they provide you with. Breakfast is SCAM!! Just black coffee and a piece of bread; supposed to the run out of “food” almost every day even though he was there early. Definitely I won’t stay in that hotel NOT EVEN FOR FREE! Is a disaster. I am pretty sure they wrote their own review for people believe is great!! Is TRASH

Your comment is being disproportionate, out of context, and offensive, as you indicate it was reserved for someone else, you did not stay at the hotel. At the time of your husband's check-in, he was given instructions and recommendations for your stay, one of which included the door hanger to indicate if cleaning was desired, which was always left on the door with a 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign. During the stay, the guest came down for breakfast at noon, when breakfast ends at 10 in the morning
