The bait and switch

The stay was good but I booked the Holiday inn in Santa Ana but it is closed for renovation. I got there and a security guy told me I would have to drive to Escazu and stay there. It took a half hour extra to get there but it was nice. My only complaint is you shouldn't be able to book a hotel that isn't open. I don't know how this could happen.
