Unfortunately the internet went down hard for 2 days. The last 2 visits were a ok.

Did not ask for ID at check in or verify that the credit card was mine.
Had to go back and forth to the desk 3 TIMES TO GRT KEYS THAT WORKED AND THE ENDED UP HAVING TO SWITCH US FROM THE KING ROOM THAT WE RESERVED TO a 2 queen room.
The lady actually had the gall to say that I should be happy that I was not being charged an increased rate for the QUEEN ROOM.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCE SQUARED!
