Needed a cheap hotel by the airport, but couldn't sleep at all due to full time residents and homeless blaring music and screaming at each other. Plus the smoke was unbearable, the rooms next to me smoked so much I could see it through the vents.

The shower head had a big leak that I reported in the morning. In the afternoon, we got back to ourcroom and the leak had been repaired and a new hand held shower was also installed. Great work by the maintenence staff.

It looks like a large part of the hotel is used as homeless shelter. The hotel room is terrible. Bugs on bed, on windows, walls. Lots of crockroach and other unknown bugs. We were scared. We left arou 9:30 pm. It's a nightmare.

Wish I could give it a negative number for review. There was dog poop in the hallway. Floor in the bedroom was so sticky your shoes got stuck to the floor. Bed was disgusting and ‘Free Breakfast’ is Coffee and/or Orange Juice. Awful

I booked this reservation a month an ago and when my family got there they said there was noons available. I had to ask my family to drive to me 2 hours away.(because of Bay Area traffic) the reason I choose the hotel was near the airport. It was just horrible experience.
