Bathrooms need attention and renovation to a more modern standard.
Furniture needs to be changed.
Sofas were old yellow leather with lots of holes and rips in them.
Great location, safe and quiet spot.
Very spacious apartments, just need a good shake up.

Villas del Rio is very well managed--I can't say enough about how good their staff is and the facilities are really nice as well. I've seldom been this satisfied with a hotel stay, but they were outstanding! I just had the basic one-bedroom booking, but still it was like a small apartment. Don't hesitate to stay there.

Reasonable price fir an apartment with two pools, two laundromats and small store. You can book day and overnight tours from the front desk. Easy to have your Costa Rican vacation right from this location.

Clean. Great Breakfast. Room are specious. Larry at the front desk was an exceptional person .vVery friendly and willing to help any time was asked.
