"This was referred on to us by family, and although the facility is a little dated, the view and service is over the top. Food was excellent and you can’t beat the view from the beach! The staff is very gracious and was fine with my “espanol poco”. Plenty of locations to eat and drink. Recommend this hotel to everyone! "

"Beautiful pool area and the grounds are nicely landscaped with palm trees, giving the property a true resort environment. Private beach with cabanas and a nice view of the bay and the old city area of Puerto Vallarta. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and decently appointed (not brand-brand new but also not dated) and have a balcony area to sit and view the pool and a partial view of the bay (mine was on the 6th floor). Staff was very helpful and always super friendly. There were fewer dining options during the off season, but the main restaurant was nice and has a sufficient variety of menu options if you don't want to leave the resort. My response to any negative reviews is to consider how Karens are going to hate or have unrealistic expectations; this is a nice 4-star hotel. Based on my experience, I would certainly enjoy staying here again. "

"What a wonderful experience. Kudos to Samael, Pablo and Estefanie our servers.!!! Katrina and Lourdes, our room cleaners and the reception staff. All staff personal, very accomodating and always good for joking around. Food at buffet was really good and had every night a different food theme. Only went to Tokyo restaurant and was just so, so. Premises were really nice and because it was "adult only" really quiet and enjoyable. Can only recommand!!!!!!"

"The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The buffet was delicious. There was a huge selection of food and desserts. The only negative things I can think of is that there was no conditioner in our room and the drinks tasted a bit watered down. "
