"The staff were amazing. Gabriel at concierge was very helpful and attentive. Hugo at the Sky lounge bar was amazing. Super friendly they make you feel very welcomed. Property could be a bit more clean but besides that, great place to stay. "

"Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was located in the main building which had a very partial ocean view: it was mostly blocked by trees. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Buffet choices were excellent and we were satisfied with the a la carte restaurants Our fave a la carte was the Mexican one. The activities and shows were fun, but were under attended. Our only complaints are the dishwater coffee and the buffet hot food was often warm to luke warm. Make sure you bring your towel down at sunrise to get a lounge! "

"Stayed a week and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are kind and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The dining options are good - not five star restaurants necessarily but lots of options and service is great. There are time share salespeople but they were not aggressive if you just say no thank you. Location is great with a few shops in walking distance and the downtown area is a $7 US Uber ride away. Don’t miss ArtWalk on Thursday evening. We will definitely stay here again. "

"My wife and I spent 10 days here in early February as we had always wanted to be on the beach in winter! We saw humpback whales everyday from the beach including mothers with calves and competing males. One day one of them swam parallel to the beach so close that they nearly rode the breaking wave! The large swimming pool is not heated. The beach is red and black flagged all the time (of course this is true throughout most of Cabo. The food here is very good and the inside and pool side bars offer great service. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful. Many Canadians and some Americans (who live in the northern tier of states) visit this resort every year in the winter and have been doing so for many many years. They create a very warm and welcoming family feel to all. The only negative (and this is a big one) the beds are very hard bed springs which are supplemented by a very thin egg crate foam topper (which is of almost no value). This creates far less than ideal sleeping conditions. In talking with many other guests we found this to be true in most if not all rooms."

"I haven’t highly commend the following wait staff - Alejandro (LOVE Him!) that’s from Gloria. Also Manual - both our beach waiters. Then Angel from Cortez Cafe - such a lovely young man! And lastly, Fernando from main dining made our breakfast experience outstanding and his chocolate creator last day was a most welcome surprise and kind gesture on his part But all staff up and down the line were always friendly. "
