Darling and Luxurious feeling Home - Perfect
Posted 13 Oct 2019 on HotelsSuch a lovely home and quiet, safe neighborhood. Upscale furnishings and luxurious bedding made this a pleasant stay during my business trip to Cabo. The location was perfect in the middle of everything while not in the traffic of downtown. Being pet friendly made it so easy for me with my two little doggies...
I will definately stay again!

We loved our stay at Villa Lomas. The property manager Brenda was awesome. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She gave us some great recommendations. I would definitely use her service again. Having the beautiful Fresko supermarket at the entrance of the Loma Encantada community was great (Highway 1 km 25.2). Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a double bed, and the living room has comfortable couches to sleep on. The community swimming pool was beautiful, but not heated during our December visit.

I want to apology for not having heating the pool! We are working on installing a jacuzzi inside the Villa with heating to replace the pool.

This property was shown on the Expedia map as being near downtown Cabo San Lucas, and originally shown as Cabo Villa, this was a clear bait and switch. then after booking they tried to upsell cleaning and airport transport for $200, FOR ONE NIGHT! Then near the trip we get last minute notification the property is actually in San Jose, a $50 cab ride away from the location listed on Expedia. We tried to cancel, but was too close to and even expedia customer service could not reach the property. We will dispute any charges made (I suspect they tried to run the charge 2 weeks before arrival, but my credit card company alerted me of an attempt to charge my card, and I said no way) I have alerted Expedia, and advised they be more discerning when choosing partners to work with and represent their name.

Good evening Mr. William Joseph HAMMOND, first of all, I want to apologize for the inconveniences of the address. This was a system error made by EXPEDIA since there was another hotel with the same name and it was showed by mistake on Google maps. We reported this problem to the people in charge of the software since we cannot make direct changes to fix it. Because it is not a fast process our team got in touch with you to give you the right location.
Regarding the cleaning charge, you can read on your reservation that a $30 security deposit will be charged by the hotel for cleaning service, as well as a security deposit for $ 200, which will be refunded to you.
Transportation is an EXTRA service that has nothing to do with your reservation, which is offered to all customers, but is optional, which you can choose to hire or not, and the only thing our team did was to quote that you requested it via email.
We really regret that the information provided has not been clear, we are working to provide a better service. Greetings and Happy 2019!
