Room was disgusting and looked nothing like the photos… there were bugs in the room, paint was peeling off of the walls, the soap dispenser was broken, the drapes did not cover the windows fully, the drapes had holes and were discolored, and all of the light bulbs were different colors. I could hear everything the people were doing in the rooms around me, including lots of door slamming and screaming.

If you are looking for a budget priced hotel, Santa Maria is one to consider. Remember you get what you pay for. Convenient location.

The property is old and needs to start renovations. Breakfast was was plentiful but not so tasty and lacking meat of any kind. All beans and tortillas with scramble eggs. The staff was great. Kind and helpful including the service and registration desk.
Overal is a good place to stay

I love the place, period! Centrally located, great staff, nice buffet for breakfast. Good dining options within a block. Thank-you very much, Joseph Townsend, Fla.

The outside area of the property is fine. They don't have elevators and it makes difficulty if you have large luggage.
The room is old, but this is ok, however it is not clean. They can improve in the cleanliness.
