We have stayed here many times and love the facilities. The only I would consider is softer beds the mattress was far to firm. And more chicken options. Hard to find something for my family to eat with chicken

Low quality food . Their snack bar it’s horrible the chicken nuggets taste like dog food also the lady always has a bad attitude .Bartenders good

Service was superb! Captain Miguel , Captain Mayra, David, Antonio, Liliana and Vilchis have superior public relations skills and are very methodical when rendering service. They pay great attention to detail. Smiles from all of them. Due to these efforts, it made our stay very enjoyable and entertaining. We will be back next year and these may tip the scale when rendering a decision to rebook at this property. Please work on modernizing the property and Flora areas. It allows for pleasant walk and or relax near a shade while sipping a cup of coffee in the early morning. I also ask that the shows be advertised, as it presents an area for social gatherings as well as great entertainment. This enables me to stay on the property as opposed to traveling elsewhere.
