Property is beautiful!
Natalia is exceptional and she should hold a training on customer service to all other employees there!!
My son and I were at the pool and the server serving the section watched us and did not ask if we would like to order anything althoigh asked everyone else
Next, we decided to go to the restaurant and order food, the hostess sat us at a table that was not to be used nor was set, we sat there for 10 minutes until I was able to wave down someone to order but then we just decided to leave
Not all guests are created equal at the property and it's just a shame!
I will continue to be a guest at palmilla and never come back to this property again

The pools were very nice; they are well maintained and heated. There are several pools on the property and plenty of lounge chairs and space.
The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We ordered drinks at the pool each day and room service for dinner.
My family will definitely be staying here again.

This is a very clean and nice property but there are two major issues:
1- many of their rooms have blocked views, this is not clarified during booking and it’s close to impossible to change rooms without paying hefty fees. They changed ours after and hour of negotiation to another room with bad views
2- the restaurants at property are unbelievably expensive for example $35 burger, etc
Other issues the beds are super soft and uncomfortable
Others wise the rooms are specious and the property is beautiful

It was our first visit to this property and it was a great week. We plan to return next year. Only downsides…. Food and drinks on property are overpriced considering the alcoholic beverages were not strong at all. Other downside is the fact it is too dangerous to swim in the ocean in that area. Other than that, the property and staff were great!!

The Hilton experience is on full display at this property. Very clean rooms, pool area is staffed perfectly accommodating everything you need, the ground are kept immaculate. This is a 5 Star property for sure!
