"Hands down a great resort to spend your vacation. The hotel staff were endlessly working delivering great service. The food was delicious and night life/entertainment was fun. "My wife and I spent 10 days here in early February as we had always wanted to be on the beach in winter! We saw humpback whales everyday from the beach including mothers with calves and competing males. One day one of them swam parallel to the beach so close that they nearly rode the breaking wave! The large swimming pool is not heated. The beach is red and black flagged all the time (of course this is true throughout most of Cabo. The food here is very good and the inside and pool side bars offer great service. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful. Many Canadians and some Americans (who live in the northern tier of states) visit this resort every year in the winter and have been doing so for many many years. They create a very warm and welcoming family feel to all. The only negative (and this is a big one) the beds are very hard bed springs which are supplemented by a very thin egg crate foam topper (which is of almost no value). This creates far less than ideal sleeping conditions. In talking with many other guests we found this to be true in most if not all rooms."

"All the employees were very nice. The negative thing was they tried to sell us a timeshare. Actually almost everyone in town wanted to sell timeshares."
