"It was beyond our expectations. A very good all inclusive resort. I have been tried many but this was one of the best. The staff, foods, variety of restaurants for dinner( no reservation was needed but for Sal). The beautiful beach was over our expectation, white sand, nice water and lots of cabanas on the beach as well as the pool side. Free transportation was very convenient as well. The first come first serve cabanas was adding up to our comfort of the day. Hotel needs to be updated as is dated on some areas but it doesn't make a huge difference of the guests experience. "

"I forgot two glass recipients and people from deskfront said that there was only one, ir can’t be possible because there were togheter in the fridge. I asked to talk with the manager and three times they said he was not answer"

You guys are amazing and the staff makes me feel special every single day. This is not a party hotel it is more a place for you to relax and have everything included. "No one was trying to sell us anything. We felt welcomed and pampered. Sergio T took care of us at the pool. Oscar at Pergola, Xochit at Sakke. Marco was always around-making sure everything was okay. The property was beautiful and clean. There were fun activities every day and evening. We will go back to Marquis. "
