"A comfy hotel with lots of thoughtful items in the room. Very clean, very quiet and in a good location. The decor is modern but a little dark, and bare in the Reception area. The breakfast was good and the staff, friendly. We were unable to park in their underground car park even though the hotel was very quiet, and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest public car park. "

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. A good variety of food and drinks was available at breakfast, apart from a good cup of tea!! An outdoor cafe would have been much appreciated.
