unsafe location you will need to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. Night staff was great. i booked the room for 2 people but when i got there it was only for 1 had to pay more and they still charged for breakfast for the extra person.

I made the reservation on line pay with my credit card and hotel did not allow my wife to check in I try to pay with my credit card again and they only want cash
My wife sleep in her car

señor pedro recibimos todas las tarjetas credito y debito. transferencias. y tenemos link de pagos.en el caso que usted comenta su pago nunca fue realizado y por normas del hotel la reserva debe estar paga para el check-in

My experience - the internet was down at time of check in so that it took 45 minutes to check in.
My experience - I was told the area around the hotel was unsafe.
My experience - No hot water for shower. Typical for colombian hotels.
