We like the proximity to the beach. The helpful friendly housemaids and the friendly restaurant staff. We didn't like the lack of information or posted notices in Spanish or English describing how to access the parking lot from the street. That information was non-existant. The procedure is to pull up to the gate, which is not identified, and telephone reception to buzz open the gate. Now how would anyone that hadn't been there before know that!! Bloody ridiculous. However, once we got in everything was fine.

Good size and value
Posted 26 Mar 2022 on HotelsThe weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). Wifi was decent, staff were helpful and friendly, there was parking at the front of the hotel and breakfast was a bargain option for €5. La Manga wasn't a particularly appealing place but the hotel was decent enough and good value.

There was no a/c in a very hot area
There was no hot water in the shower

Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsHa sido horrible, muy sucia la habitación, todo muy viejo, sin aire acondicionado solo en el salón y además hay que pagarlo aparte y aún pagándolo al dormitorio no llega el fresquito. Noche horrible de calor con solo un ventilador de techo y el que duerme en el salón con el aire acondicionado se resfría. Vamos todo horrible

Slow service. Took four hours to get a wine opener. Had also asked for a knife (every kitchen needs a knife) which they forgot. Didn’t care to ask for service on the none functioning fan since we realised we would be long gone before they had fixed it. Not one person in the staff smiled to us during the stay.
The apartment was in clear need of a renovation. Would say it is not more than a 2 star hotel.
