"The first night the air conditioning didn’t work, but we asked them to take a look at it and they were able to fix it. It ended up being an ice box in our room but the cold was better than the heat. "Once we were able to find the property it was good but it was difficult to find, we arrived at night and the area was a little sketchy. We were lead to believe parking was available and it wasn’t close. However, the hotel was located in a unique building, room had a balcony overlooking the old town streets and breakfast room and food was amazing. My recommendation is arrive during the day, the area feels completely different then and don’t drive in Palermo if you can avoid it. "
