The room did not have a heater. The hot water in the tap was not hot enough, mostly lukewarm. We even complained about this but the staff did nothing. The breakfast was okay but with limited items. It smelled like garbage near the breakfast area.

A good option if we want to visit Pisa by car or have an early flight. Lots of free on site parking and close to the city centre. The restaurant was closed unfortunately.

Lovely property, really nice rooms, clean and quiet.
Little bit out of town, with a decent bus connection and parking available.
Access by foot isnt great from the bus stop, there is no footpath and very little room to walk (had to walk partially on the main road in some cases) but its a very short walk, approx 5mins.
Overall great stay and nice free continental breakfast (with scrambled eggs)

Posted 26 Aug 2019 on HotelsThis review is for the hotel. I did not eat at the restaurant. The hotel is outstanding. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated, were super clean, and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be out in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it's only about a five minute drive to the center of Pisa. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I liked everything about the property. The location is perfect for visiting the tower. Our flight was delayed and the staff stayed so that we could check in after closing time. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is an old farm house and is very unique. The breakfast was amazing.

Nicely renovated guesthouse close to city center
Posted 13 May 2019 on HotelsWell-located hotel/guesthouse with nicely renovated, comfortable room. No luxury (except for in-room air-conditioning) but clean and with everything a traveler needs. Pretty noisy though: right next to a busy road, lots of contractors working on an annex building even on a public holiday, plus every arriving guest seems to pass through your room because of the wooden floors and narrow corridor among others. Ample parking space but guesthouse is also a restaurant so no parking guaranteed for hotel guests. Close to Pisa's city center but you nevertheless need a car to get there. Nice breakfast with lots of local products but nothing hot to eat though, despite the big, fully-equipped kitchen next to the beautiful breakfast room. Kind and helpful staff.
