Loved our stay. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was always helpful, and very nice breakfast.

Zwaar overprijst middelmatig hotel. Geen aanrader.
Posted 19 Sep 2021 on HotelsHotel is redelijk maar niet meer dan dat. Simpele kamer waar de koffers op de bank moeten worden geplaatst. Daardoor is er geen comfortabele plek meer om te zitten.
Ontbijt is zich OK maar men kan merken dat hierop wordt getracht te sparen: weinig brood en beleg.
Gedurende onze 3 weekse trip veel betere (4*) hotels gehad tegen een aanzienlijk lagere prijs.
Bij het uitchecken werd -volgens het hotel per ongeluk- getracht ons een >30% hogere prijs in rekening te brengen dan waarvoor was geboekt. Pas toen ik de boeking er bij haalde gaf men toe dat dit een vergissing was.
Enige voordeel van dit hotel is de spectaculaire omgeving en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

I read carefully your review and respect your opinion, anyway i want to answer for the followiing points:
-At the check out I understood a wrong room number. I showed you a proforma invoice to check out before the payment. He told that the proforma invoice was wrong. I suddently realized that the room number was wrong so I apologized for the error. We are human so a mistake can happen. Nobody has tried to froud you. You have booked a 3 stars hotel not a 4 star as you have mentioned. I think that complains can be presented in a proper way, without accusing people you do not know.

Very nice hotel, close to the lifts. Clean, ample rooms, adecuate dinner, awesome breakfast. Nice people runs the Hotel. I would recommend it.
