Posted 12 Sep 2020 on HotelsNot I place I could recommend for business. No information was sent in how to enter the property or how to get my key.
Breakfast did not start until 8am and noises were heard early morning of People eating in the kitchen the dishes left on the table to be found in the morning. Not I place I would go to again.

l'ho contattata personalmente per darle tutte le informazioni relative al check in, e per di più sono venuta di persona per accoglierla quindi non capisco il suo commento.
Il mattino successivo sono arrivata alle 6 per preparare le colazioni (quando i clienti hanno bisogno di uscire presto iniziamo prima, come le avevamo detto) ma lei era già andata via, senza avvisare, quindi è impossibile che abbia potuto sentire dei rumori di persone far colazione.
Diamo la possibilità ai clienti di utilizzare la sala durante il giorno, se ha visto un piatto sporco quando è andata via era probabilmente stato usato da un ospite e lasciato per poter essere lavato e riposto.

This is a wonderful spot if you are looking for a peaceful experience just few miles from Mantova. The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. Don't miss the amazing breakfast cakes...

Our room was beautiful with a nice bathroom. The setting was very peaceful and it was easy to get into Mantova. We would happily stay here again

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück (für ital. Verhältnisse).
Leider war die Klimaanlage noch nicht aktiv.
