I enjoyed my stay at the wharf inn, it’s pretty close to fisherman’s wharf like walking distance. There’s a 7 eleven across the street in case you need to buy something other wise there’s also the restaurants by the piers. Rooms where comfortable as well

I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend, it was our first time reserving a hotel on our own (we’re 19 & 20) so I was a little worried it would be challenging to check in without my parents guidance but it wasn’t! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and the process was straight forward.
As for the location it was in such a good area, everything is gated, so you need a key card to access anything in the hotel which made us feel safe. Parking was easy aswell but a little more expensive than we thought. Super close to the wharf, everything is walkable and safe. Very convenient that there’s a 7/11 right next door aswell as many affordable resteraunts. Ghirardelli square is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Lastly, my only criticism, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear footsteps from the people in the room above, aswell as every car that drives by. It made it super hard o fall asleep, so if u stay here bring noise canceling headphones.

Rooms have no AC and bathrooms were disgusting. Felt very cramped in the room and musty.

This hotel is very close (only 2 blocks away) to Pier 39 and walkable to many of the spots to see in SF. The rooms with balconies are nice bc they all have a nice view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there are options to pay a fee for early check in or late check out. Highly recommend you give this spot a shot! Enjoy! Jonathan

They tried to put us in a room with broken windows and no air conditioning. We ended up in a room way in the back it was better than the first but still not really acceptable but they were not going to give us a refund. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Staff and service were excellent. The room was nice and clean. The common areas (hallways, stairs, elevator) can use some maintenance.
