Love the bay area view, room was spacious. Breakfast was yummy and had a good selection of items

Parking charge ($17) was ridiculous, given the area was no traffic and filled with a ton of parking space.

Loved the View and easy access to walk around the bay. No hot water in the kitchen The train noise after a while can be annoying. Couldnt adjust the heat so had to double up the blanket to keep warm

However, we are concerned that you did not have hot water in the kitchen and you could not adjust the thermostat of keep you warm- that is not the kind of service we want our guests to experience and for that, please accept our apologies. We are looking very closely to avoid those from happening again -since that is preventive maintenance. Regarding the noise, please put in a request on your reservation in the future to accommodate you away from the train tracks to make your stay very quiet and peaceful.
