Post Hotel in Post Street San Francisco

The commercial bottled water cola etc cabinet was out of order and if as I did put in a payment and pressed a number to obtain a bottle it said unavailable! No deposit refunded! When reported the management was unhelpful. The Post Hotel ATM was also out of order.

No elevator, unprofessional stuff, I was staying in 4th floor 5th floor neighbors literally didn’t let me sleep 2 nights, reception guy locked the door of hotel and went somwhere, 5 guests were 20 minutes waiting outside to get in

Elevator was out, had to walk up 4 flights. Sign elevator was over a month old. No hot water in shower. When i complained, the desk said leave water running to 10-15 minutes.

Not stay here!! Bad customer attention
Posted 28 Feb 2020 on HotelsElevator was not working. No one help me with my luggage (my room was on 5th floor and I had 2 large bags). For the checkout, receptionist told me night before that I can ask for help and they would have someone to help me... of course that the ext day when I leave (morning) there were no one that can help me. Kitchen was really Poor, hours to use, after that is closed. No fridge, oven not working. I asked for HOT WATER (just for a tea), and they told me that they haven’t..... I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. No stay here!!!! I asked for a discount and they didn’t understand me (yeah of course)

staff mostly helpful.
Bed bugs in the first room, had to be moved around 1 am.

Not worth the hassle
Posted 21 Feb 2020 on HotelsStaff was very rude. Upon arrival, I was informed that there would be a $400 deposit for a one night stay. I am a clean-cut professional so it does not seem that I was singled-out. When commented that the amount we unusually high, the clerk said: "well then you don't have to stay here." I chose to stay elsewhere as this was a sign of difficult owners. Five-star hotels do not require such a ridiculously large deposit, and this is an economy hotel.

We got checked into a room that wasn’t even ready which was frustrating and there’s no parking garage with the hotel
