I love this motel. I stay here probably 2-4 times a year for various appointments that send me to SF.

I have traveled all over America but never ad such a bad experience.
Nobody was on counter. Have to make few calls before getting to desk attendees.
Room was smelling really bad and TV was not working.
Window drapes were not closing and the outside light was directly pointed to the bed, so I couldn't sleep all night.
I really want my money back. How can I get it? Does anyone knows?

It was clean, cute, and had free breakfast. We considered it an upgrade from the fancy hotel on the wharf we were at. Much more comfortable. Staff was nice when we saw them. Only downside was that the elevator was out of commission.

Appreciated the microwave, refrigerator & in-room coffee a lot!!!! Had good & adequate continental breakfast, too!

Good location in SF, unfortunately motel maintenance poor including not functioning lights and loose/broken fixtures. Complementary breakfast was completely inadequate and should not be advertised as a feature.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood, close to stores , restaurants , bars etc
