They do not have any coffee in the rooms and do not serve it until after 6am. Hallways and door to enter hallway to my room was not appealing.

I always stay here and have employees stay here have never had an issue however on this stay while checking in I was helped by Ignacio who seemed a bit unhappy very sad I tried making conversation with no luck

Bathroom sink was not draining well. Sink faucet was dripping. Sink didn't have plug on the drain. Bathroom towel holder was broken. Wall light switch was not working. The maintenance fixed these after a day except the dripping faucet. Floor covering is vinyl and was swollen in few spots in the bathroom. It felt like the non-smoking policy isn't enforced. There was weed smoking going in nearby rooms and the smell pervaded into our room through bathroom vent. Good location near freeway exit. Good sound insulation in the window. There's a trail for running nearby. The on-property restaurant Hobbee is very good for breakfast and lunch. Overall, it's a fair value for the money.
