This is a great hotel with a cool vibe. The staff is excellent and they atmosphere in the lobby was great (DJ, drinks). The rooms are clean and well appointed but the walls a little thin as we had to put up with a loudmouth next to our room. The hotel is in a great location with many walkable must sees not far away.

All was great, except the overnight parking charges, which was too high.

Very impressed! Loved the area right next to the tram! Also they had a happy hour that was free from 5-6! Would stay again!

Had a great stay at the Kimpton Alton, though parking was an issue. Parking at the property was very expensive, and parking lots in the vicinity were not the safest.

Location was ok. We were placed in a first floor room which was dark and not as nice as shown on the website. The valet parking system was spotty.
