Nice hotel conveniently located downtown. Facilities are average but rooms are nice.

I really appreciated how kind the staff was especially with late check out and making arrangements to be close with other family members in the hotel. Will be coming back, thank you to John & Anthony at the front desk. Their services were impeccable!

It is San Francisco! I recognize that many of the issues are related to the city's management. Crazy bums hanging out on the streets. The location was convenient for me.
