I didn’t receive any VIP amenities. I think I was suppose to get a bottle of wine but didn’t. Also, the room was a bit hot a night. It felt uncomfortable

This is a newer hotel in a convenient location across from Oracle Park. Clean large rooms. There’s a nice rooftop restaurant/bar too.

All the staff were attentive and friendly. I was only staying in SF for a day and it was pouring on the first day so we decided to check out early in the morning to spend a few hours before the flight. Unexpected rain poured and it was impossible to explore the city, so we called the hotel if we could go back, and they accepted it. I was so grateful for the accommodation.
