We had a lovely stay at Hotel Spero. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet :) the staff were lovely and we were always greeted with smiles . Thank you for a lovely stay in San Fran

Rex the reception manager at our arrival was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very well located we were able to walk everywhere but what differentiates one place from the other is the people and the service we received at Spero and particularly from Rex was outstanding! Thank you

We were very disappointed with our room. It was tiny where the door would not open fully due to the bedside table. We requested for a room change but did not get any response. The check in was bad too as we were told that there was no booking in our name. We had to show our confirmation email for them to then find our booking. Not going to stay here again.

quite clean, and the carpets a little bit old ,air condition noised. Others all is good
