The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants around as well. However, it would have been five stars if the room was soundproofed, I could literally hear everything from the room above me (shower, people talking and walking, etc…).

It was pretty clean and there was parking under the hotel which was nice. The only issue I had but dealt with was that it was kind of noisy. The windows didn’t block outside noise. We could also hear the rooms connected to us as they were laughing and watching TV. So I advise to bring earplugs or headphones if you are sensitive to outside sounds.

Bad customer service! Wifi never worked! When I asked why, I was told to call tech support. Really? The customer has to call tech support? I was in San Francisco for business and I rely on having Wifi. Never again!
