I like the fact that the pool and the spa is open even though it's the middle of October when a lot of the hotel operators would make excuses and say it's out of season and close it. I also like the fact that hard breakfast is included. I don't like the fact that they're charging me extra $20 for parking. I'm deducting one star for the extra $20 for parking. Also I only see one desk clerk working to chech people in and because of that I was being delayed in checking in for i's 15 or 20 minutes. The first room I was given only had one bed and one sofa when I reserved two green beds. Also the same room has problem with the battery in the lock causes causing my key to only work one out of 10 times when I try to open such lock.
