It was a last minute booking and the staff and room itself was a good experience. It will need some work to move from good to great.
Limited dining options and the general location are limitations for a tourist experience.

No parking, parking structure was to low and hit the top wing gps of my truck. Ceiling was high enough once i was in the parking garage. Very noisy and the staff was rude. The room was okay.

Very convenient. Seemed very clean. Could walk easily to events I was in SF to attend. Short walk from BART station. Food options were great around hotel, and also within hotel.
Only issues I had were that I unaware I had to use room card to access floor on elevator. Other issue is was that room had only bar of soap for bathroom and shower.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was just like the pictures. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect.

I traveled from Cleveland, OH to San Francisco, CA to go to a concert. I should’ve did more research on the property. I was grateful that the front desk let me check in early, however the room was dirty. I walked in the bathroom and noticed that there were hairs in the tub, and dirt residue in the tub. I called the housekeeping line and the supervisor was very rude, she yelled at me on the phone basically saying that the room was not dirty…. She came to my room and I showed her the hairs in the tub and the dirt residue, she replied and said “there’s only a few hairs” I said “well it’s not mine, so the tub needs to be cleaned, it being a few hairs shouldn’t matter, this room was half cleaned. I also showed her how the back of the room door showed that someone half wiped the door. I paid to have a king bed with a view, the view was terrible. The desk was very dusty, and you can tell they need to throw away their sheets… the front desk staff were very nice though. I really didn’t care for the area as well.
