"one night stay; check in was easy; room was clean and comfortable; very busy area in chinatown; parking is expensive but convenient; allow extra time to wait for elevators; like that on the day we checked out we were able to keep our car parked in the garage until 3pm; area felt safe-we walked around the neighborhood at night without any issues"

"The vintage part of the hotel is a top notch. The hotel is spacious and clean, the bay view is breathtaking, the breakfast was great, the staff in general are helpful, the shuttle driver Tony is friendly, I had a short stay, he recommended top tourist attraction's sites , restaurants and quick way to get there . The shuttle to the airport is an added advantage.In general,enjoyed my short stay and would definitely come back."

"We had the best time on our family trip to San Francisco. Hotel Caza was the perfect location to what we planned for our trip. Great walking distance to restaurants, pier 39 and Ghiradelli. We're so glad we got the parking option as it saved us money and we were stoked it allowed us to park for the day even after checkout so we could enjoy more of the city before we had to leave. The hotel was clean and very family friendly. Our boys loved the game room. Other than other guests who were loud in the hallways after hours, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. "
