The mishandling of information regarding the deposit. Their machine would not accept my Credit Card so I had to use My bank card which meant cash out of pocket ( 300$USD) then upon my checkout they did not immediately refund my bank card instead told me it will take 3-10 days to get my funds back. I was very upset with that. It left me scrambling as I was told by a different staff member I would be refunded the day of my check out. That was a lie . I would not recommend this place to stay

Staff was very friendly and the place was nice and clean . Don’t let the outside fool you cause this place is very nice . Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice .

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Convenient location. The room and bathroom were quite nice, and staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty accessible - there is a small step to get into the shower and no grab bars. So things to keep in mind for disabled/older folks.
My only complaint is that air conditioning is listed on the Expedia site, but there is actually no air conditioning in the rooms, only heat. It ended up being okay because I was able to open my rooms window to let cool air in, but had it not been November and cool, the room would have been too hot for me.

カードキーはなく、部屋にはコードナンバーを入力して入る。ホテルの玄関に入るのも同様。そのナンバーを入手するのにチェックイン時、フロントスタッフが送ったメールのURLからウェブに飛んで名前等を登録しなければならない。フロントの目の前に人がいるのにコード番号を紙に書いて渡すとか口で教えてくれるということはない。どうしてこんなところでスマホの入力をしているのだろうと不思議な気分になる。IT化のおかげでユーザーが不便になるという典型。そういうのが苦手な人には勧めない。施設は値段相応。安くてお得ではなく、安いなりの内容。

All of the staff was great but Kenricka was absolutely amazing and gave us the best restaurant recommendations. Will definitely book this hotel for future stays!
