Dirty, curtains are filthy, room wasn't prepped because an underwear that had skid marks on a hangar was left behind. Ironing board had stains on it.
Service staff were friendly that met us in the room, also the restaurant staff were friendly. Front desk...hmmm, scripted.
They did move us to a different room which was better. Everything was very inconvenient because we just landed and we're very tired. We barely got any sleep because of the inconvenience.
Expected better from a hotel that has a well known name with a status attached to it.
Hotel is outdated. Needs renovation.

I found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay for the night and it was quite affordable. I recommend.

Room with two double beds was very spacious. Beds were so comfy, with four great pillows on each. Bathroom had luxurious appointments, and all was spotless!
